A small brewery in Tanbasasayama, the area between Hyogo, Osaka and Kyoto. Making use of small lots, the brewery strives to make a countless number of original styles. Believing that brewing yeast plays an important part in beer taste, they’re attempting different yeasts to capture the best flavors.
