朝から酒を楽しむ街ニシナリで、90年代にあったとされる少女と若者たちの小さく平和なレジスタンス。その中心に存在したと思われるビールの再現を試みようと、設立されたブルワリー。
A peaceful resistance started by young people in Nishinari, an area of Osaka where people start drinking in the morning, that became famous in the 90s. This brewery was established to try to recreate the beer that played a main part in the resistance there.
